ITC required a safe access/egress into this deep excavation along with a safety winch and rescue system attached to the scaffold. This stairtower had to be hung off Soldier Beams bolted into the existing foundation walls. HSS also erected another small stairtower once the excavation was finished and bridged to the existing hanging structure so the walls could be formed and poured.
